Clutter in room decor!!! The intense smell of heating fuel permeating the bathroom!!! Minor issues with shower water pressure!!! Unclear pricing structure!!! Difficulty accessing power sockets due to poor design!!!

The place was overall clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was perfect. The breakfast was lovely and there was a wide array of excellent food. The location was lovely, very close to the surrounding areas, Blickling Hall which is a great place to visit and Aylsham, which incidentally, is a great central location for north norfolk, in an interesting area.

Fairly quiet and elegant room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a kettle, central heating, an iron and ironing board. Welcoming services, the free parking was available on-site.

The elegant house has a beautiful dining room and the breakfast was superb, especially the fresh fruit salad! Really comfy bed and the owner was super cute, even had fans in the room for the hot nights. Loved the quietness, thick curtains kept out the light, and the bath and shower were excellent. Plus, those little affectionate dogs were a sweet touch!

Would be happy to recommend for short visits
Elegant house, beautiful dining room, superb breakfast (especially the fresh fruit salad), comfy bed, owner cute and solicitous (eg providing a sheet so I could ditch the duvet on such a hot night, and fans in the room). Room quiet, with excellent thick curtains to keep out the morning light. Bath and shower excellent (and even a bathrobe). Two lovely little affectionate dogs to fuss over too, perfect!

The room decoration felt a tad cluttered at times, which might distract from the beautiful ambiance.

The Beautiful Double Room was super cozy with a comfy bed and elegant decor. I loved how quiet it was, perfect for some peace after a long day. The bathroom was modern and spacious, a nice surprise. Plus, those thick curtains really kept out the morning light!
